Biography

I was born and raised in Nashville, and I have watched this city grow from a place people passed through into one they choose. I know which streets stay quiet on a Saturday, where the light falls in Belle Meade in late afternoon, and how far Franklin really is at 5:30 on a Tuesday. That kind of knowledge does not come from a listing sheet.

Real estate has been around me most of my life. My father was an agent, and I grew up on the edges of his work: riding along to showings, hearing negotiations from the next room, learning early that a house is never just a house to the people buying or selling it. Long before I held a license, I understood the weight of the decision.

Before I sold homes, I ran them. My background is in property management and residential leasing, years spent looking after other people's houses and the people living in them. It taught me what a home costs to keep, what it earns, and what it feels like to live in. I still walk every property with that eye.

For the past five years I have represented buyers and sellers of exceptional homes across Nashville, Franklin and Brentwood as a REALTOR® with Compass. Much of my work is with families relocating to Middle Tennessee. As a relocation specialist, I help them arrive well: the right neighborhood, the right schools, the right timing, and a soft landing once the boxes are unpacked.

I work quietly and I work alone, by design. No hand-offs, no scripts, no pressure. Everything is handled with care and discretion, and when you call, you get me.
